What does it cost to post a project?
Nothing. For homeowners Leadbase is free and entirely without obligation. You decide whether to go ahead, and with whom.
Who are my details passed to?
Only to professionals working in your trade and province, and never to more than the number stated with your request. You explicitly consent to that beforehand, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Why do I have to confirm my request by email?
So we know the email address is correct and that nobody else files a request in your name. Only after that confirmation do we put your request in front of professionals.
What does a lead cost a professional?
That depends on the trade and on whether the lead is exclusive or shared. The price is on every lead card before you buy, so there are no surprises afterwards.
Do I pay commission on the job I win?
No. You pay once for the lead. Whatever you agree with the customer afterwards is entirely yours.
When do I get the contact details?
Immediately after a successful payment. They appear in your portal right away and you can export them to CSV.
What if a lead turns out to be unusable?
Let us know by email, with the lead reference. We look at every case and put it right where that is warranted.
Can I buy several leads at once?
Yes. Set your filters, enter how many you need, and the newest matching leads land in your cart together.
